Hi everyone,

I’m Tiana, the founder of this Innovator Journal and Tech Explorer project. As you may know from our last blog. I was the one who proposed this project idea to Henry. Briefly, about our project, Tech Explorer is a collaborative project where we will share our stories, projects, opinions, and experiences related to technology. Innovators’ Journal, a section inside Tech Explorer, is where we express ourselves to the audiences through separate blog posts. It acts as a digital diary where we will share updates about mentioned topics. In addition, we also concluded our own portfolio where we showcase our individual projects and achievements. 


Let me introduce myself to you guys. At the time I am writing this blog, I am a grade 11 IB student at the International School of Helsinki. My hobbies include reading books, painting, rock climbing, robotics, and coding. I’m most passionate about coding and robotics because they are both interesting and creative at the same time. Whenever I reach a new level of coding, I feel a sense of happiness and motivation, and I am ready to master the next level of skills. My dream is to one day become an AI engineer or an AI and robotics engineer. I know it is a big dream, but there is nothing wrong with dreaming big—just how to make that dream happen. I am learning and working hard every day to make that dream happen.


Creating this project, not only to have a CAS project (fun fact this is my 3rd CAS project already) but also to enhance my passion for technology, and to share this passion and inspiration with you guys. At first, I was going to find an internship that was related to tech in Finland, however, I don’t know Finnish, and my experience and level of knowledge are limited. Well, I'm still a high school student so what do they expect from a high school student? This is why instead of waiting for an opportunity to open for me or relying on the teachers to find me an internship, I decided to create an opportunity for myself.

Tiana & Henry Hello from us! We are the founders of Innovators’ Journal, Henry and Tiana. Both of us are from Vietnam, but Tiana moved to Finland (Helsinki) for almost two years while Henry is still studying in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh city). We first met each other almost four years ago when both of us transferred to a new school (we were from different schools).   Ahoy y’all! Me in Sapa during the Winter Break I’m Henry, the co-founder of Innovation Journal and Tech Explorer project. From the last blog, I’ve introduced me and Tiana briefly to all of you guys. Besides, Tiana also wrote a full description about our project on her own post , you can read it on our blog page . I just want to add that I am the one who popped up with the idea of using Innovation Journal as our digital diary. The others, including Tech Explorer and our portfolios , were Tiana’s ideas. Now, it is time for me to mainly introduce myself to you guys. When I’m writing this post, I am in grade 12th, following my country’s MOET’s curriculum and studying at Vietnam - Finland International School. From what I heard, this school is a collaboration between the Vietnamese and Finnish governments.
